Amplifon is Australia’s leading retail hearing health provider seeking a Casual Retail Sales Associate in Port Adelaide. You will join a team focused on delivering friendly, accessible hearing health services in a busy shopping environment.

The role combines customer service, lead generation and basic admin, with training provided for explaining hearing results and guiding customers to the next steps. Weekend availability and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate active leads by inviting shoppers to take a free 5-minute hearing check.
• Build rapport with new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Explain hearing results and outline next steps (training provided).
• Reconnect with previous customers or new leads by phone.
• Support store targets and KPIs.
• Maintain customer database using Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Perform ad hoc duties per Store Manager instructions.

This position will see you collaborating as part of a team to support reaching the store sales targets while providing excellent customer service and undertaking other retail and administrative responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute hearing check
• Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
• Explain hearing results (training provided) and recommend the next steps
• Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication
• Contributing to store targets and KPIs.
• Customer database administration (Basic Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
