Job summary

Amplifon Springboard is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant in NSW Mt Hutton. You will support achieving store sales targets while delivering excellent service and handling retail/admin duties.

You'll lead in-store hearing health checks, build customer relationships, and explain results with training provided. Availability for weekends and late hours is required; a generous bonus scheme awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or retail experience is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to engage customers and communicate clearly in person.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Active lead generation by encouraging shoppers to check hearing health.
• Build rapport with new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Explain hearing results and advise on next steps (training provided).
• Reconnect with customers or new leads via phone-based contact.
• Contribute to store targets and KPIs.
• Manage customer databases using basic Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager.

This position will see you collaborating as part of a team to support reaching the store sales targets while providing excellent customer service and undertaking other retail and administrative responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute hearing check
• Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
• Explain hearing results (training provided) and recommend the next steps
• Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication
• Contributing to store targets and KPIs.
• Customer database administration (Basic Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
