Job summary

Queensland X-Ray in Mackay is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a part-time role. You will manage the care pathway for interventional patients and ensure safe admission and recovery for procedures such as biopsies, injections, and vascular access.

Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided within a multi-modality imaging environment. Applicants should hold full AHPRA registration, with strong patient-care and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Full Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience (preferred).
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a multi-modality imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care pathway for interventional patients and ensure safe admission and recovery.
• Provide high-level clinical support and patient monitoring during procedures such as biopsies and injections.
