Job summary

Qscan Group in Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Redcliffe team on a permanent full-time basis. You will work with a multi-modality team to deliver high-quality patient care within Medical Imaging, including assessment and preparation for procedures.

You must hold current AHPRA registration, with experience in day procedures or GP practice, and be committed to patient safety, infection control and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in day procedures and/or GP practice is desirable.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment and preparation for imaging procedures.
• Perform IV cannulation and contrast administration where required.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures and provide reassurance and education.
