Good Sammy Enterprises in Western Australia is seeking a Part Time Processing Assistant to support customers in the recycling process. You will guide arrivals, perform safety checks, and help with payment methods using the iPad or cash, while keeping accurate counts and documentation.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and excellent service in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. The position offers on-site parking and flexible weekend coverage across Weeks 1 and 2 as outlined.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.
• Basic computer skills for operating the iPad and POS system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to the designated area and assist with parking.
• Perform safety checks ensuring engine is off and no children or pets are outside the vehicle.
• Determine payment method (cash or scheme I.D.) and process accordingly using the iPad or cash.
• Count and document container counts, print receipts, and ensure accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain safety throughout the process.
