Job summary

Good Sammy Enterprises is seeking a casual Processing Assistant to support recycling operations across Balcatta, Bibra Lake, Canning Vale, Midvale and Wanneroo. You will assist customers, perform safety checks, and manage payments with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities include guiding arrivals, counting containers, and printing receipts while ensuring safety and excellent service. Applicants should be reliable, detail-focused, and able to work at multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Basic computer skills for iPad and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving for recycling and guide them to the bay.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure vehicle safety.
• Determine payment method and process cash or scheme ID flow.
• Count containers, document counts, and provide receipts.
• Operate POS system and handle cash securely.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and safety.
