Responsibilities

• Utilising sales/marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; understanding their work environment.
• Advertising open positions by posting job adverts; attracting candidates and building relationships with them.
• Using internal databases to match candidates to client vacancies.
• Arranging interviews with potential candidates and creating a shortlist for the client.
• Preparing CVs to forward to clients regarding most suitable applicants.
• Regular candidate care and client care.
