CheerCon is seeking a Warehouse, Procurement & Goods Lead to oversee warehouse operations and coordinate ordering of apparel, merchandise and event goods. This hands-on role focuses on procurement, fulfilment, and internal coordination to ensure timely delivery of stock for events.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage sourcing, ordering, production, receipt, storage and distribution across the business, collaborating with event, apparel, marketing and operations teams.

Formación

• Experience in procurement, product ordering, apparel production, merchandise coordination or a similar operational role.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the ordering of apparel, uniforms, merchandise, event goods and operational supplies.
• Prepare and place accurate purchase orders with specifications, quantities, sizes, artwork, pricing and delivery requirements.
• Maintain an ordering calendar aligned with event dates and internal deadlines.
• Source and assess suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, capability and lead times.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, production terms, freight arrangements and timelines within budgets.
• Monitor samples, approvals, production milestones and delivery dates.
• Follow up delays, discrepancies, quality concerns and missing documentation.
