Job summary

All Saints Anglican School in Queensland is seeking a Teacher Aide for the All Saints Pre Prep Centre. This fixed term, part-time position (5 days per fortnight) commences in Term 1 2027 and supports the Pre Prep Teacher to deliver a high-quality early learning program for 75 students across 3 classes.

The successful candidate will assist with observations, documentation and resources, build positive relationships, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood or higher is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Current First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management certificates.
• Possess, or be eligible to apply for, and maintain for the duration of employment a Blue Card for child-related employment.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of the National Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and nurturing, with strong communication skills.

• Support the Pre Prep Teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with frameworks.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment for diverse needs.
• Provide supervision and support for children’s safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with observations, documentation and preparation of learning resources.
