Townsville Grammar School is seeking a Prep Teacher Aide to join our Annandale campus for a one-term contract commencing in Term 1, 2027. The role is term-time only, with six hours per day, five days per week, supporting literacy and numeracy.

You will work with individual students and small groups, assist students with disabilities, and help supervise activities under teacher direction. Required: Certificate III in Education Support and Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with a wide variety of needs.
• Proficiency with standard classroom software and basic ICT literacy.
• Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Work with individual students and small groups focusing on literacy and numeracy.
• Assist students with disabilities or learning difficulties in the classroom.
