Job summary

Appreciating Talent in Sydney is seeking a part-time PT Payroll Officer to join a leading property investment and funds management team. You will help process the monthly payroll for 500+ staff, including off-cycle runs, using Chris21/iChris, and support the People Team with terminations and payroll reporting.

The role offers a 3 or 4 day work week with a salary between $100,000 and $110,000 plus a bonus, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience using Chris21/iChris.
• Ability to process monthly payroll for 500+ employees.
• Strong customer service skills addressing payroll enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll processing for 500+ employees, including off-cycle payrolls.
• Provide high level payroll enquiry support.
• Prepare termination calculations.
• Prepare payroll reports and journals.
• Provide Employment Separation Certificates.
