Job summary

Richard Lloyd Recruitment – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Payroll Manager for a part-time on-campus role in Sydney's Inner West. You will manage end-to-end payroll fortnightly, maintain records for new starters and terminations, and respond to internal stakeholder queries.

The ideal candidate has experience with end-to-end payroll processing, payroll awards/EBAs, strong customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Micropay experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll awards and EBAs.
• Great customer service skills.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Micropay is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly basis.
• Keep payroll records up to date (new starters, terminations, salary changes).
• Answer queries from internal stakeholders.
• Prepare Super, PAYG, and payroll tax calculations.
• Payroll accounting including reconciliations, journals and reporting for budget preparation.
