Job summary

Specialist Orthodontists Sydney in Campbelltown, NSW, is seeking an Experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our busy on-site team for 32 hours per week. Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or similar coordination role.
• Experience coordinating treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Proficient with dental practice management software and EHR systems.
• First Aid/CPR certification current or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and gather treatment history and medical information.
• Present treatment plans, explain procedures, timelines and financial options clearly.
• Coordinate scheduling with orthodontists and staff for efficient case management.
• Process treatment authorisations and liaise with insurers where applicable.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure protocol adherence and appointment compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including notes and documentation.
• Handle patient queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Issue treatment costs and payment arrangements; ensure financial understanding.
• Support the clinical team by preparing areas and materials as required.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
