Job summary

Northern Rivers Orthodontics in Lismore NSW seeks a Treatment Coordinator & Admin Superstar to welcome patients, manage enquiries, and support the orthodontic journey with warmth and precision.

You’ll train in our treatments, technology and systems, becoming confident in guiding patients, coordinating appointments, processing payments and keeping records up to date for a smooth, patient-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, administration, customer service, sales, dental or healthcare is preferred.
• Orthodontic experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and WOW new patients from their very first interaction with the practice
• Respond to new patient enquiries and follow up leads
• Assist with new patient consultations alongside the Orthodontist
• Explain treatment plans, fees and payment options clearly and confidently
• Build genuine relationships with patients and families throughout their treatment journey
• Maintain accurate patient and lead information within our CRM
• Follow up prospective patients and help convert enquiries into new starts
