Job summary

NW People Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Operations Support Administrator for our busy warehouse in Eastern Creek. The role offers 20 hours per week (4 hours daily, Mon-Fri) on a 12-month contract, with a starting rate of $38.89 per hour plus super.

The successful candidate will assist with pallet management, data entry, and customer delivery enquiries. Experience in administration, logistics, warehouse, or transport is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day pallet management and tracking.
• Maintaining accurate pallet records and movements.
• Completing general data entry and system updates.
• Assisting with operational and delivery bookings.
• Providing customer service and responding to delivery enquiries.
• Advising customers on the status and location of their deliveries.
• Following up on discrepancies and updating relevant records.
• Providing general administrative support to the warehouse operations team.
