BET Care Group Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time Compliance Officer to join the Adelaide team. You will support maintaining accurate compliance records, monitor outstanding requirements and ensure our services remain audit-ready, while reviewing documentation and following up on actions.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with teams to close gaps, maintain policies, and support incident and complaints recordkeeping under the National Compliance Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality assurance or auditing, preferably within disability or community services.
• Familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
• Experience reviewing records and following up compliance actions.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with operational teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal audits, participant file reviews and compliance checks against NDIS standards and BET Care policies.
• Support external audits by gathering and reviewing evidence and coordinating information requests.
• Document audit findings, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
• Maintain compliance registers, audit schedules and risk registers.
• Review participant documentation and follow up overdue reviews with operations.
• Maintain policies and quality documentation with version control and review dates.
• Support incident and complaints recordkeeping and reporting.
• Prepare audit summaries and escalate high-risk matters.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Compliance Department.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
