T & J Lawyers and Associates Pty Ltd in Sydney CBD is seeking a registered Migration Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide professional advice on Australian immigration law and assist clients through visa applications.

You will manage documentation, liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, handle RFIs, and stay updated on policy changes. Mandarin speaking and overseas education firm experience are a plus.

Formación

• Registered Migration Agent with OMARA.
• Experience in Australian immigration law and visa procedures.
• Proven experience lodging visa applications across multiple streams.
• Knowledge of sponsorship, skilled migration and family visas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on visa options and eligibility.
• Prepare and lodge visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs.
• Review sponsorship arrangements including employer sponsorships and family visas.
• Gather and organise supporting documentation for migration applications.
• Respond to RFIs from the Department of Home Affairs and provide guidance.
• Represent clients in dealings with migration authorities and manage correspondence.
• Stay updated on changes to Australian immigration law.
• Maintain accurate file records and case management documentation.
