Job summary

Mind Australia is seeking a Practice Development Advisor to lead practice standards, knowledge transfer and quality improvement across the organisation in a national, hybrid role.

You will support workforce skills development, partner with operational leaders, and embed lived experience into service delivery. This fixed-term, part-time position is based in Burnley and offers flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health or related field are required.
• Post-graduate qualifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of safety and quality principles in health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert practice and quality support to staff within service streams.
• Build relationships with operational leaders to enable collaborative development.
• Develop and evaluate practice development projects across the organisation.
• Embed Mind's Quality Framework and continuous improvement in systems.
• Elevate the voice of lived experience in all work.
