Lake Imaging Geelong Breast Clinic is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to be the friendly face of our clinic, handling calls, scheduling, and patient prep. You will work with a supportive team in a fast-paced radiology environment.

You'll use Visage RIS, manage referrals, communicate costs and appointment details, and contribute to a high standard of patient care. A positive attitude, strong communication, and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to learn medical imaging terminology quickly.
• Strong computer and keyboard skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls with a friendly, professional tone.
• Scheduling and managing appointments using Visage RIS.
• Processing referrals from multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicating preparation, costs and requirements to patients.
