Qualifications

• Experience in medical administration or reception.

• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at the clinic entrance.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with clinicians.
• Process registrations and maintain medical records.
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Support admin tasks including filing, data entry and document management.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and external organisations as required.
