Job summary

The Town of Cottesloe is seeking a part-time Management Accountant to support financial management, reporting and controls. You will work with the Director Corporate and Community Services and Manager Finance to ensure accurate information and informed budget decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or commerce or substantial comparable experience.
• Proven ability to perform reconciliations, produce reports and manage end-to-end accounting processes.
• Knowledge of local government accounting practices and statutory requirements is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
