You will be the friendly first and last point of contact for guests, delivering warm welcomes, local insights, and seamless assistance throughout their stay.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people in a luxurious resort setting, maintains a professional appearance, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with luggage handling and valet services.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain resort facilities.
• Provide local recommendations on attractions and dining.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and with care.
• Coordinate requests and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Support Front Office operations for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Collaborate with resort departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and brand.
