InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent for its Front Office team on the Gold Coast, Australia. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations and inquiries, and deliver personalised experiences across a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Front Office, Guest Service, Reservations, or hospitality experience
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, positive under pressure; problem solving
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Willing to learn and grow in luxury hospitality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Opera PMS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism; ensuring a smooth check-in/out
• Managing arrivals and departures for a seamless guest experience
• Assisting with guest enquiries, reservations, requests, and payments accurately
• Recognising IHG One Rewards members and returning guests for personalised service
• Sharing knowledge of resort facilities, dining venues, and local attractions
• Resolving guest concerns with empathy and a solution-focused approach
• Building positive relationships with guests and colleagues to enhance the experience
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service across the resort
• Maintaining accurate guest records and compliance with brand standards
• Participating in training and development programs to support improvement
