Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-level customer service and/or library services.
• Experience developing and delivering lifelong learning programs/events.
• High level experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using technology.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Blue Card or ability to obtain prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver library services and customer-focused functions.
• Develop, lead and deliver lifelong learning programs and activities.
• Undertake library resource loans and reference queries.
• Contribute to daily library operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and identify solutions.
• Assist with managing incoming calls and customer service tasks.
