Isaac Regional Council invites applications for a part-time Frontline Service Officer in Nebo. The role delivers library and customer-focused services across the Isaac Region, supporting lifelong learning programs and community wellbeing.

Reporting to the Community Hub Area Leader – East, you will help ensure a friendly, efficient customer experience. The successful candidate will display strong customer service skills, technical competency with MS Office, and the ability to work both as part of

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-level customer service and/or library services.
• Experience developing and delivering lifelong learning programs/events.
• High level experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in using technology.
• Ability to work as a team and autonomously.
• Blue Card from the Commission for Children, Young People and Child Guardian, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.

Mansioni

• Develop, lead and deliver lifelong learning programs and activities.
• Undertake library resource loans, reference queries using library management system.
• Contribute to the daily operations of a library.
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
