Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a customer‑focussed professional to provide learner support across accredited and non‑accredited programs, guiding enrolment, registration and participation requirements.

In this part‑time fixed‑term role (2 days per week: Wednesday and Friday) you’ll resolve complex enquiries, advise on learning pathways and collaborate with the Learner Operations Manager to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or shared services environment.
• Ability to resolve complex learner enquiries and provide expert advice.
• Familiarity with learning programs and multiple systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to learners across enrolment, registration and participation requirements.
• Resolve complex enquiries and escalate where needed to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance of learning systems.
