Job summary

Transit Systems is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Officer to support customers across our transport operations in Sydney. You will respond to enquiries, manage feedback, and provide accurate information on services, routes and disruptions.

The role requires willingness to work 2–3 days per week during business hours, with occasional shifts as needed. Prior transport industry exposure and Salesforce familiarity are ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer enquiries and feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar case-management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and channels.
• Manage and investigate feedback including complaints and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate service information and assist with disruptions or changes.
• Record interactions and outcomes in internal systems and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Depot teams to resolve issues.
