Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver engaging leadership and capability programs across our enterprise. The role is three days per week and can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, with travel to support face-to-face training.

You’ll help shape how people learn, lead, and grow across our national workforce. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver sessions, update learning content, and coordinate engaging in-person and virtual sessions across varied group sizes,

• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Confident presenting both in person and virtually
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication skills
