Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a part-time learning facilitator to strengthen capability across the business. The role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, across 3 days a week, with travel to deliver face-to-face training where it matters most.

You’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences, partner with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement across enterprise programs to help our people perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Experienced in facilitating workshops and learning experiences.
• Proven ability to engage diverse participant groups.
• Strong capability in learning content adaptation and improvement.
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Confident presenting both in person and virtually.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership, induction and capability learning programs
• Deliver personal effectiveness and foundational leadership workshops
• Update and maintain enterprise learning content and resources
• Coordinate engaging face-to-face sessions across varied group sizes
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance learning experiences
• Contribute to continuous improvement across capability programs

This is a part-time position, working across 3 days a week and can be based in either our Melbourne or Sydney offices, with some travel involved delivering face-to-face training.

Your role, your impact

In this role you’ll deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability across Tabcorp. You’ll work across enterprise programs, partnering with stakeholders and travelling to support face-to-face learning where it matters most.

Specifically, you will;
