Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill, part of the Accor global network, is seeking a reliable Part-Time Kitchen Steward to support our busy kitchen. You’ll clean, sanitise, and organise behind the scenes, helping chefs and ensuring readiness for service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Keep floors, storage, and stations clean and tidy.
• Support kitchen team with equipment and supplies organization.
• Ensure clean crockery and cutlery are available.
• Assist with waste management and recycling per procedures.
• Follow food safety and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to keep service smooth during busy times.
