Complete Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd in Blacktown is seeking an experienced HR & WHS Manager to lead HR and WHS in a manufacturing environment. You will deliver operational HR & WHS advice to line managers and manage the full range of HR functions, with no WFH flexibility.

This is a newly created role, part-time (25–30 hours/week) with a salary of AUD 95,000–100,000 plus super (pro‑rata) depending on experience. Office based with onsite parking in Blacktown.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in a HR role within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Cert IV WHS and/or HR qualifications.
• A current driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle are essential.
• Experience setting up a HR/WHS function for a manufacturing business.
• Ability to communicate professionally and collaboratively across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Providing advice to managers regarding award interpretation.
• Assisting managers with performance management and performance reviews.
• Acting as return to work coordinator.
• Build, maintain and improve the WHS management system.
• Workplace inspections, audits and WHS improvements.
• Developing, managing and implementing safety procedures and processes.
• Recruitment, selection and onboarding activities.
• Other HR and WHS duties as needed.
