Job summary

Airbus in Australia Pacific is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the Brisbane team on a permanent part-time basis (2 days per week, 7.5 hours per day). You will work with two HR Coordinators supporting teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Manager HR Operations, you’ll be a key touchpoint for leaders and employees, handling inquiries, coordinating workflows, and assisting senior HR Business Partners across a broad range of people activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an HR Officer or HR Administration role.
• Experience interpreting HR policy and procedure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships within a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee and leader HR inquiries, guiding through policies and processes.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contract variations, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Action tasks and escalate administrative items to maintain daily HR workflows.
• Support HR operational projects and process improvements across the business.
• Advocate for a safe, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Airbus values.
