Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a reception or administration role.
• Personable approach with a passion for customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build relationships.
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Current NSW RSA.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of service to members and guests.
• Ensure the Club's policies and dress regulations are adhered to.
• Assist members and guests with enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Perform daily banking and administrative duties.
• Assist in organising golf bookings for members and visitors.
• Assist in the administration of the club membership database.
• Assist in daily club events, fixtures and meetings.
• Support reception-based enquiries as needed.
