Job summary

The Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking a Golf Operations Attendant for a part-time role delivering exceptional member service across the concourse and pro-shop. The position involves early shifts from 5:30am to 7:00pm with 15–25 hours per week, and requires the ability to manage tee bookings, stock, and daily retail tasks.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and member service.
• Team player with strong communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and members.
• Experience with booking and POS systems (preferred).
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
• Ability to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily sport shop operations.
• Assist with tee bookings and time sheet management.
• Provide retail service to members.
• Daily operational tasks including cleaning and maintenance of bag storage, cart storage and staging areas.
• Provide exemplary service to members, including listening and responding to member needs in a professional and positive manner.
• Ensure members and guests adhere to dress code, mobile phone usage and guest sign-in policies.
