Job summary

Hassett Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join on a three to four day per week basis for a three‑month contract. This part‑time opportunity is designed for a finance specialist balancing commitments while delivering high‑impact commercial insights.

You will partner with operational leaders to drive analysis, modelling and decision support. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll build models, deliver monthly reporting, and support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded
• Power BI, Power Query or Business Central experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly management reporting and commercial analysis
• Build financial models and forecasting tools
• Analyse operational and financial performance
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business drivers
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Review labour costs, workforce metrics and operational trends
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision making
• Provide commercial insights to support operational leaders
