The Hassett Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional for a three-month, part-time contract (3–4 days per week) in Melbourne. You will deliver monthly management reporting, build models, and provide decision-support across a diverse business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in a large or complex organisation is highly regarded.
• Power BI, Power Query or Business Central experience is advantageous.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join the team on a three to four day per week basis for a three-month contract. This position has been intentionally structured as a part‑time opportunity to provide flexibility for an experienced finance professional who may be balancing family commitments, consulting work or a lifestyle change. Our client is focused on securing the strongest capability available and is open to someone bringing a higher level of commercial finance experience on a reduced working week. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to deliver meaningful analysis, financial modelling and decision support across a diverse organisation.
