Job summary

Hassett People Solutions is assisting our client to hire an experienced FP&A professional on a three to four day per week, three‑month contract. This part‑time arrangement provides flexibility for those balancing family commitments or consultancy work, with an immediate start at the Ringwood office.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll partner with operational leaders to deliver meaningful analysis, financial modelling and decision support across a diverse organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded.
• Power BI, Power Query or Business Central experience is advantageous.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join the team on a three to four day per week basis for a three-month contract.

This position has been intentionally structured as a part-time opportunity to provide flexibility for an experienced finance professional who may be balancing family commitments, consulting work or a lifestyle change.

Our client is focused on securing the strongest capability available and is open to someone bringing a higher level of commercial finance experience on a reduced working week. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to deliver meaningful analysis, financial modelling and decision support across a diverse organisation.
