ExecuJet MRO Services is seeking an experienced Part-time Accountant to join our Mascot-based Finance team. The role covers financial reporting, payroll, compliance and day-to-day finance activities across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll work across general accounting, payroll management, and process improvements, while supporting operational leaders and maintaining robust controls in a dynamic aviation

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in financial accounting and payroll administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll, taxation and superannuation is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, journals, and month-end/year-end close.
• Oversee fortnightly payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain bank and balance sheet reconciliations and support AP/AR activities.
• Assist BAS lodgements, audits, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Drive process improvements and ensure strong internal controls across finance and payroll.
