Job summary

Twoconnect seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities in Australia, including AP/AR, payroll, banking, and month-end reporting. You will support the Financial Controller by ensuring accurate records, timely processing, and preparation of month-end schedules for review, with a strong emphasis on reconciliation and compliance.

The role requiresAdvanced Xero and Excel skills, multi-entity experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in a senior accounting, finance, or bookkeeping role.
• Advanced Xero and Excel skills.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting and foreign currency transactions.
• Strong understanding of Australian GST and payroll legislation.
• Proven reconciliation experience with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable across multiple entities.
• Process payroll and payroll reporting across entities.
• Oversee banking, reconciliations, allocations and cash management.
• Prepare month-end schedules and supporting workpapers.
• Support BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, WorkCover, FBT compliance.
• Maintain finance documentation and support process improvements.
