Job summary

Clarity Health Care in Victoria is seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to join our friendly finance team. Study accounting or finance, gain hands-on experience, and learn with our Finance Manager in a supportive environment.

No prior finance experience required—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. We'll provide training, guidance and flexibility to fit around your university timetable and payroll processing day.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance or Commerce degree (year 2 or above).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and adapt in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process supplier and contractor invoices and payments.
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support superannuation payments and tracking for contractors.
• Assist with program invoicing, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with administration to ensure accurate records.
• Monitor the finance inbox and assist with routine finance administration.
• Learn to process fortnightly payroll following probation.
