Hal Bowman is seeking a part-time Events Coordinator in Brisbane to join their team. The role is ideal for a university student with an interest in business, events, or marketing, offering hands-on experience while you study.

You’ll own the fortnightly events calendar, handle planning and logistics, and engage with clients and candidates to create great experiences. 10-hour weeks, flexible around uni schedules.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Business, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to manage time across a flexible 10-hour week.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating fortnightly networking and business events from concept to completion
• Managing event logistics including venue, catering, invitations, and RSVPs
• Communicating with attendees before and after each event
• Handling post-event follow-up, including emails, feedback, and CRM updates
• Supporting the team with any event-related admin and reporting
