Job summary

Dalton Catering in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Event and Function Co-ordinator on a part-time contract (2-3 days per week) from now until December 2026. You will support event planning, coordination, and execution, working with operations and sales teams both on- and off-site.

You will lead front of house during events, manage logistics, liaise with clients and suppliers, and help deliver memorable functions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination or event sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, multitask and solve problems on the go.
• Confidence in working directly with clients and event teams.
• A good understanding of the Brisbane/QLD event scene is a plus.

Queensland's premier catering company, D A L T O N Catering, is looking for an experienced and hands-on event specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity (2-3 days per week) from now until the end of 2026. This contract role is ideal for someone passionate about event sales and delivery, with a strong background in managing event logistics and executing events.

About the Role:
You'll work closely with our operations and sales teams both on- and off-site, playing a key role in event planning, coordination, and execution. We operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where attention to detail and clear communication are everything.
