Job summary

The Firm Corporate Club Lounge in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Floor Supervisor to support the management team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience as we move into our busy season. You will lead by example, oversee seating, drink orders and service, and work closely with security to ensure guest safety and high standards during evenings and weekends.

Hours are approximately 25–30 per week, with extra hours during busy periods and events; a strong hospitality background and an RP

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Current RP badge is required.
• Excellent communication and calm decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, assisting with seating and drink orders, and handling inquiries.
• Supporting and directing bar and floor staff during service.
• Monitoring patron behaviour and intoxication; addressing concerns professionally.
• Cooperating with security and management to ensure guest, performer and staff safety.
• Conducting venue walkthroughs and maintaining presentation standards.
• Assisting with front door procedures, patron counts, cash handling and opening/closing duties.
• Upholding venue policies and workplace safety procedures.
