Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor – Conference & Events at Rydges South Park Adelaide. You will ensure smooth day-to-day C&E operations, oversee functions, and maintain high service standards.

You will lead rosters, liaise with Sales, and support a close-knit team to deliver memorable events while upholding WH&S guidelines and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is essential.
• Experience in conference & events service is valued.
• Ability to manage guest needs and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daytime conferencing and evening functions and banquets.
• Greet conference & event organisers and ensure event success from start to finish.
• Be a point of contact during shifts for C&E operations and requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales for up-to-date C&E needs and staffing.
• Attend Event Order meetings to anticipate upcoming events and staffing.
