We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, values person-centred care, and understands that the little things often make the biggest difference to our residents.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and care team to deliver high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Your day will include:

  • Supporting resident admissions and ongoing assessments.
  • Administering medications safely and accurately.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Contributing to resident care planning and evaluations.
  • Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
  • Working collaboratively with the broader care team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
  • Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity.
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Is passionate about aged care and making a positive difference.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Can adapt to the changing pace that comes with healthcare.
  • Brings kindness, professionalism and a sense of humour to work — because sometimes you need all three.
  • Is committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care.
Essential Requirements
  • Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills.
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
Why Join Respect?

At Respect, you'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, continuous learning and delivering exceptional care to older Australians.

As a permanent part-time team member, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections with residents while enjoying the stability of an ongoing role within a caring and supportive environment.

You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who value your skills, compassion and commitment, with opportunities to continue developing your clinical skills and knowledge.

If you're looking for a rewarding nursing role where no two days are the same — and where a good coffee and a supportive team are always appreciated — we'd love to hear from you.
