Qualifications in Psychology with current registration are required; desirable experience includes workplace interventions, coaching, and ability to engage organisational customers. Experience with couples and adolescents is valued.

• Proactive and engaging with organisational customers.
• Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers.
• Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients.
• Experience working with couples and adolescents.

What we need from you:
