Qualifications

• Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work with current registration.
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills.
• Critical incident experience desirable; experience in workplace intervention strategies.
• Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to upsell and on-sell EAP services to organisational customers.

• Deliver coaching and counselling support to help individuals manage work, health and life journeys using a client-centre model of care.
• Provide brief therapy and clinically validated support across a wide range of issues.
