Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issues.
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills.
• Current full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or current general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work from an Australian institution.
• Critical incident experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assessments of client’s presenting concerns and related risk.
• Use short term solution focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills.
• Provide counselling to individuals with mental, emotional, lifestyle and work-life concerns.
• Work autonomously with clients and ensure best practice in approach to client work.
• Provide on-site EAP and critical incident response to customers.
• Provide psychosocial training to customers at their workplaces.

Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work (Australia)
