Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a passionate Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our team and support Rockdale, Padstow, and Brighton Le Sands centres across NSW. The role is 20 hours per week, with travel between centres to provide much-needed coverage.

As a Diploma Educator you will plan and implement play-based learning, observe development, and collaborate with families and colleagues to foster safe, inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC and current First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS and ability to support inclusive play-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
• Support children's wellbeing, learning and development through meaningful interactions.
