Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our team across Liverpool and Merrylands centres in New South Wales. The role involves delivering play-based learning experiences, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, and collaborating with the team to provide high-quality early childhood education.

This 20-hour per week position travels between our centres, with paid travel time, kilometre reimbursement, and opportunities for ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• A current Australian driver's licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between Mini Masterminds centres

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions
